Invoice payment tracking without chasing every chat
Send an invoice payment link instead of repeating your account details in every message. Business Hub shows the balance due and the payment methods you enable. Customers submit transfer details; you check your account and record the payment against the invoice. Eligible connected Stripe accounts can also accept card payments.
From sent invoice to recorded payment
Add your payment methods
In Get Paid, add bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, PayPal or a payment link. Enter only the methods your business can actually receive. Stripe card checkout needs platform availability and an eligible configured account.
Share the invoice payment page
Create and send the invoice. Its Pay now link opens the amount due and the active methods for your business. Customers can copy bank or wallet details without asking for them in a chat.
Review and record the payment
For a transfer, the customer submits the amount, transaction reference and receipt. Check your bank or wallet before confirming it in Get Paid. The invoice balance updates after confirmation.
Know what has been paid and what is still due
A payment link for each invoice
Keep the invoice amount and your active payment instructions together on a private customer page.
Bank and mobile wallet instructions
Show bank, EasyPaisa or JazzCash details with copy buttons. These are transfer instructions, not automatic bank or wallet payment gateways.
Transfer confirmation by the seller
Review the submitted reference and screenshot, check the money in your own account and confirm or reject the claim. A screenshot alone does not mark an invoice paid.
Card payments when configured
If Stripe Connect is enabled for the platform, eligible businesses can authorize their account from Get Paid. Verified card payments are recorded automatically. Stripe availability varies by country and account eligibility.
Part payments and remaining balances
Record partial payments and keep a follow-up invoice for the outstanding balance, so the remaining amount is clear.
Invoice status in one place
Review paid, partly paid and overdue invoices from your dashboard. Customer payment-page visits help you decide when to follow up.
Payment tracking for small businesses
Freelancers and agencies
Send project invoices with payment terms, record deposits and keep the remaining balance visible.
Social media sellers in Pakistan
Share bank, EasyPaisa or JazzCash instructions with a confirmed order invoice instead of sending account details repeatedly on WhatsApp.
Businesses with repeat customers
Combine recurring invoices with a payment page and payment history for each billing cycle.
Common questions
Do customers pay Business Hub or my business?
They pay into the bank, wallet, PayPal or eligible Stripe account you configure for your own business. Business Hub keeps the invoice and payment record.
Are EasyPaisa and JazzCash payments verified automatically?
No. Customers use the account details shown on the invoice payment page, then submit a transfer reference or receipt. You check your wallet and confirm receipt yourself.
Can I use payment tracking without Stripe?
Yes. Bank transfer, mobile wallet instructions and manual payment records work without Stripe. Card checkout is optional and requires the relevant configuration and eligibility.
Does choosing online payment place an order payment?
No. An order payment preference records how the customer intends to pay. The invoice payment page provides the actual enabled payment options.
Can I see a part payment?
Yes. Record the received amount and follow the remaining balance using the invoice and any follow-up invoice.
