Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Business Hub (the "Service"), provided by Hubnotch Solutions, SB-46, Office No. 1, Sector X5, Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away at hubnotch2@gmail.com if you think your account has been misused.

2. Plans and limits

Each plan includes the features and limits shown on the pricing page. When you reach a limit you cannot add more of that item until the limit resets or you move to a bigger plan. You buy a paid plan by paying into one of the accounts shown on the Buy now page and uploading proof of payment; we activate the plan once we have confirmed the payment. Each payment covers one billing period (30 days for monthly plans, 365 days for yearly plans). If you do not renew, your account returns to the free plan at the end of the period and your data is kept, within the free plan's limits for adding new records. Existing subscribers are emailed about a price or feature change before it applies to their plan.

3. Your content and your customers

You keep ownership of everything you add to the Service, including your business details, customer records, products, invoices and templates. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you add, including your customers' personal data, and for telling them how you use it.

4. Invoices, taxes and payments

The Service helps you create and send invoices; it does not collect payments for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, including prices, tax rates, tax numbers and the legal wording your country requires, and for your own tax and accounting obligations.

5. Connected services

When you connect a data source such as WooCommerce or another API, or send messages by email or WhatsApp, you must have permission to use those services and their data. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for the data they return.

6. Public storefront and links

If you publish a storefront, you are responsible for the products, prices and descriptions you show and for fulfilling the orders you receive. Client intake and order links should only be shared with the people they are meant for.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send spam, to issue fraudulent or misleading invoices, to collect data you have no right to, to break any law, or to interfere with or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time. Keep your own copies of important documents, for example by downloading invoice PDFs and exporting your customers and products.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let account holders know by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
