Pricing questions
How do I move to a paid plan?
Create a free account, open My Plan and click Buy now on the plan you want. Pay by bank transfer or mobile wallet in PKR, or internationally in USD, and upload a screenshot of the payment. We activate the plan as soon as we have checked it. Questions about paying? Email hubnotch2@gmail.com.
How long does a payment last?
One payment covers one billing period: 30 days for a monthly plan or 365 days for a yearly plan. We email you before it ends; renew from My Plan to keep your plan, otherwise your account moves back to the free plan and keeps all your data.
How are monthly invoice limits counted?
Invoice limits are counted over a 30-day cycle that starts on the day your plan began, so you always get a full cycle. Limits on customers, products and other records count everything you have saved.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing you have already created is touched. You simply cannot add more of that item until the next cycle or until you move to a bigger plan, and the app tells you which limit was reached.
Can I move to a smaller plan?
Yes. A move to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep everything you paid for until then.
Will my price change without notice?
No. Existing subscribers are emailed about a price or feature change before it reaches their plan.
