WooCommerce invoice generator: invoices from your orders

Create a professional WooCommerce invoice from any order in seconds. Connect your store once with its REST API keys, enter an order number, and Business Hub pulls the customer, products, tax and shipping into a branded PDF invoice you can download or send by email and WhatsApp.

How it works

Generate an invoice from a WooCommerce order

Connect your WooCommerce store

Add your store URL and a WooCommerce REST API key. The connection is tested and your latest order number is shown so you can try it straight away.

Check the field mapping

Common WooCommerce order fields such as billing name, email, address, line items, prices, tax and shipping are mapped for you. Review them and adjust anything you want.

Enter an order number

Type the WooCommerce order number and the invoice is generated with your branding, numbering and template.

What you get

Why use Business Hub for WooCommerce invoices

🧾

WooCommerce PDF invoices

Every order becomes a clean PDF invoice with your logo, tax number, bank details and footer.

🔢

Your own invoice numbering

Invoices use your own prefix and running number, and the WooCommerce order number is kept as the invoice reference.

🔒

Read-only access

A key with Read permission is enough. Orders are only fetched when you generate an invoice for them.

📨

Send by email or WhatsApp

Email the invoice from your own mailbox or send it on WhatsApp, straight after it is generated.

♻️

Invoice automation

Save your store, mapping and template as an Invoice Flow so every WooCommerce invoice takes one field and one click.

🏪

Several stores, one account

Connect more than one WooCommerce store as separate data sources, within your plan's data source limit.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I generate an invoice from a WooCommerce order?

Connect your store in Business Hub with a WooCommerce REST API key, map the order fields once, then enter the order number under Create Invoice → From Data Source.

Do I need a WooCommerce invoice plugin?

No. The integration uses the WooCommerce REST API that is built into WooCommerce, so nothing is installed on your site.

Which API permission should the key have?

Read is enough. Business Hub only reads orders and never changes anything in your store.

Can I create a WooCommerce PDF invoice with my own design?

Yes. Pick a ready-made invoice template, or design your own with the template builder on plans that include it.

Are WooCommerce invoices created automatically for every order?

Invoices are generated when you enter an order number or run an Invoice Flow, so you decide which orders get invoiced.
