Collect client details and approval before you invoice
Describe the work, set the price and your terms, and send the client one secure link. They review it, accept the terms, sign with their name and fill in their own billing details. Business Hub keeps the approval with the request and turns it into an invoice when you are ready.
From proposal to approved invoice
Create the request
Add a title, a description of the work, the amount or hourly rate, and your terms. Choose fixed price, milestones or hourly billing.
Share the secure link
Send the link by WhatsApp, email or any chat. Your client opens it without creating an account, reviews the details and accepts.
Client signs and submits
The client accepts your terms, types their name as a signature and enters their billing details. You see the request move from pending to accepted to submitted.
Approval and billing in one place
No client login
Clients respond from a private link in their browser or phone. Nothing to install and no account to create.
Terms and signature on record
The accepted terms, the signer's name and the time of acceptance are saved with the request.
Client fills in their own details
Name, company, email, phone, address and tax number come from the client, so invoices go out with correct billing details.
Fixed price
One agreed amount, invoiced in one step once the client has approved and submitted.
Milestones
Split a project into milestones and invoice each one separately as the work is delivered.
Hourly billing
Agree an hourly rate, then invoice each batch of hours worked as the project goes on, as many times as you need.
Who uses client intake
Agencies
Get written sign-off on scope and price before work starts, and bill by milestone as you deliver.
Freelancers and consultants
Replace back-and-forth emails for client details with one link, then invoice your hours at the agreed rate.
Service providers
Send a quote-style request, collect acceptance and billing details, and invoice without retyping anything.
Common questions
Does my client need an account?
No. They open a private link that only works for that request, review it, accept and submit their details.
What does the client sign?
They accept the terms you wrote on the request and type their name as a signature. The acceptance time is recorded with it.
Can I invoice in parts?
Yes. Milestone requests are invoiced one milestone at a time, and hourly requests can be invoiced for each batch of hours you work at the agreed rate.
How do I send the link?
Copy it and share it however you talk to the client: WhatsApp, email, Messenger or any other chat.
Which plans include client intake?
Client intake is included on the plans that list it on the pricing page.
