How to share a product catalog without building an e-commerce website

Updated 27 October 2026

Sending product photos one by one in every chat is slow, and a full online store is more than many small sellers need. Business Hub turns your products and services into a public catalog page with its own link. Customers browse, open the photo gallery, choose a variant and tap Order Now (or Enquire Now for a property or vehicle) with their name, email and WhatsApp number.

What you need

  • A Business Hub account on a plan that includes the public storefront.
  • Photos, short descriptions and prices for the items you want to show.
  • Your business name and logo in your business profile.

Step-by-step

  1. Add your products and servicesIn Products & Services add each item with a name, short description, price and type: product, service, property or vehicle. Properties and vehicles get their own details, such as bedrooms and area, or make, model and mileage. Already have a list? Import it from a CSV file.
  2. Add photos and variantsUpload several photos for each item. On the storefront the first photo shows on the card, and tapping it opens a gallery of all of them. Add variants such as size or colour, each with its own price.
  3. Mark items as activeOnly active items appear in the catalog. Switch an item off whenever it is unavailable.
  4. Turn on the public storefrontGo to Business Profile → Public Storefront, switch it on and choose your Storefront URL. Leave it blank and it is created from your business name. Use Open storefront and Copy link on the Storefront page to check and share it.
  5. Share your catalog linkPut the link in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp Business profile, Facebook page and chat replies.
  6. Handle incoming orders and enquiriesProduct orders appear in Orders, and service, property and vehicle requests in Client Requests, marked New. You get an email alert. The customer receives an email code and review link, confirms their identity, then reviews prefilled details and signs. Open the submitted request, review it and generate the invoice when ready; enabled invoice emails include a Pay now button.

Tips

  • Keep descriptions short: the catalog is designed for quick browsing on a phone.
  • Use variants instead of separate items for sizes or colours of the same product.
  • Add photos from several angles: customers can swipe through all of them in the gallery.
  • A catalog with active items can appear in search results with its own title and description; an empty one stays hidden.
