How to get paid online on your invoices
Updated 27 October 2026
Sending your account number in every chat and checking screenshots by hand is slow. In Business Hub you add your payment accounts once. Every unpaid invoice then gets its own secure payment page, and the invoice email carries a Pay now button that opens it. The money goes straight into your own accounts.
What you need
- A Business Hub account with your business profile filled in.
- The accounts you want to be paid into: bank account (title, number, IBAN), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, PayPal, your own Stripe account, or any payment link such as Payoneer.
- Your customer's email address on the invoice, so it can be emailed to them.
Step-by-step
- Open Get Paid and add your accountsIn Get Paid choose Add an account, pick the type (bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, PayPal, Stripe or payment link), fill in the details and save. Add as many as you like.
- Connect Stripe if it is availableIf Connect with Stripe is shown in Get Paid, use it to authorize your own eligible Stripe account. Availability depends on platform setup and Stripe support for your business country. Complete any Stripe requirements before card payments appear. Bank and wallet instructions work without Stripe.
- Check automatic invoice emails are onIn Business Profile, "Email every invoice to the customer automatically" is on by default. Each invoice you finish is then emailed with the PDF and a Pay now button.
- Create the invoice and save it as SentNew invoices start as Sent. The note under the save button tells you whether it will be emailed and to which address. An invoice saved as Draft is never sent, and shows a "This invoice hasn't been sent" banner with a Send button.
- Your customer opens the payment pageFrom the Pay now button they see the amount due and your accounts, with a Copy button next to every detail. PayPal opens with the amount filled in. Card checkout appears only when an active Stripe payment method is configured; bank, EasyPaisa and JazzCash transfers are checked by you.
- Card payments record themselvesWhen the customer pays by card through your Stripe account, the payment is recorded on the invoice automatically and its status updates.
- Confirm transfers in one clickAfter a bank or wallet transfer the customer sends the amount, transaction ID and a screenshot from the payment page. You get an email, check your account, and press Confirm received in Get Paid. The payment is recorded on the invoice.
Tips
- Add a local option (bank, EasyPaisa or JazzCash) and an international one (PayPal, Stripe or a Payoneer link) so every customer has a way to pay.
- The invoice shows when the customer opened the payment page and how many times, so you know when to follow up.
- A part payment creates a follow-up invoice for the balance, with its own Pay now button.
- Hide an account in Get Paid instead of removing it if you only want to pause it.
